CityUT (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the website cityut.com (the “Site”), a Utah local business directory built and managed by CityWeb Design. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have regarding that information.

Information you provide: When you fill out our contact form, apply for a featured business listing, or email us directly, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, business name, business website, service area, and any message content you choose to include.

This is collected using tools such as Google Analytics and standard web server logs.

CityUT does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not operate a lead-generation business and do not resell contact form submissions to third parties.

Businesses featured in the CityUT directory provide their own business contact information (business name, service description, website, and service area) for public display on the Site. This information is intended to be publicly visible as part of the directory’s core function. Personal contact information of individual business owners is not published unless provided specifically for that purpose.

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

CityUT provides the Site and its directory listings on an “as is” basis, without warranties of any kind. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy of directory information, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of any business listed. Users are responsible for independently verifying any business, service, pricing, licensing, or credentials before engaging in any transaction.

CityUT is not a party to any transaction between Site visitors and listed businesses. Any agreements, purchases, services, or disputes are solely between the visitor and the business.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
